Chicken Peanut Butter Sandwitch
Last night I let myself get a bit too hungry. When I got home I had a craving for peanut butter and the most handy source of meat was a breaded chicken fillet that was sitting in the fridge.
When I first thought of making a sandwich that put those two ingredients together, I hesitated, but then my curiosity asserted itself and I went about making the sandwich.
